In the heart of Zurich, an office and residential property from the 30s is showing its new splendour. Not much has changed in the building’s usage in the last roughly 100 years. As in the past, the upper floors contain apartments and offices, while the ground floor houses businesses and restaurants. The interior and exterior renovation brought back the original structure, resulting in premium residential and office space. Materials and colours are bringing back the charm of the 30s, while the modern interior design leaves nothing to be desired. That includes the new access management system resivo by dormakaba.

New dimension of building usage with the digital lock system resivo
resivo by dormakaba is a cloud-based access management system for building administrators, owners and tenants. With resivo, lost keys are a thing of the past, because access is digitally controlled with a badge, key fob or smartphone. Access can be granted remotely and for a limited time period. Administrators benefit from digital key assignment and less administrative effort if a key is lost.
Separation of control for more privacy, security and convenience
The system’s unique separation of control allows for reliable separation between administrators and tenants. Only the tenants themselves have the right to assign or revoke digital keys to their own apartments. Lost access media are quickly and easily deleted in the app. If someone needs to be given access to a space, it can be granted with a digital key to their smartphone, in real time and from anywhere.
High-performing applications
Administrators use the resivo utility app to manage tenants moving in and out. Access permissions are assigned conveniently from the office. If contractors need to work in leased apartments, permission can be requested from the tenants via the app.
Tenants can choose their preferred access medium, either key fobs, access cards or digital keys on the smartphone. All access media are conveniently registered and managed in the intuitive resivo home app. Access permissions can be granted individually, so that certain media have access for a limited time only. If an access medium is lost, it does not pose a security risk. Access permissions can be revoked in real time in the app.
