Nikola Faulkner appointed Chief Human Resources Officer

Rümlang, 3 March 2025 – dormakaba is pleased to announce that Nikola Faulkner will join our team as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective 1 March 2025. She follows Mirja Becker, who, after 14 years of dedicated service, has decided to leave the company to pursue new career opportunities.
Nikola Faulkner joins dormakaba from adidas, where she was VP Transformation & Innovation since 2021. She holds close to 20 years of international leadership experience with an impressive track record of holding both global business and HR roles across diverse industries and companies such as Swiss Re, Credit Suisse, and Kühne & Nagel.
