dormakaba is pleased to announce that Swetlana Iodko Schoordijk will join our team as Vice President Investor Relations effective 1 May 2024. In this role, she will report to Christina Johansson, Chief Finance Officer. She follows Siegfried Schwirzer, who, after eight years of dedicated service, has decided to leave the company to pursue other career opportunities. We thank Siegfried Schwirzer for his many years of high commitment and strong support to dormakaba and wish him all the best for his professional and personal future.

Swetlana Iodko Schoordijk has more than 15 years of strong experience in IR and Strategy and a great track record in different senior finance roles. After completing her MSc Economics degree, she spent four years as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young. She then moved on to the global leader for building materials, Holcim, for 15 years. There she started her career in Corporate Strategy and M&A and then moved to Investor Relations, including five years as Head of Investor Relations. Most recently, she was Head of Investor Relations & Communications at Varo Energy.

Hendrik Feldmann will continue in his role as Deputy Vice President Investor Relations.
